Our unit empties granulate filled bags of 25Kg. Pallets are placed at the front or side of the infeed conveyor with a forklift truck. After placing the pallet on the infeed conveyor, the conveyor will transport the pallet to the lift the lift will transport the pallet upwards to a shuttle with integrated grippers. The integrated grippers will grab a layer of 5 bags of the pallet and ride this to the emptying process. Here the shuttle will drive the bags over rotating blades and a unique shaker system. This unique shaker system will ensure that the bags will be emptied for 99.98%. the product will be collected in the product hopper.
With these units, the main control cabinet is often mounted on the front or side of the frame, this gives you a good overview of the emptying process during operation via the HMI touch panel.
The capacity of these machines is between 10 and 30 tons per hour. This depends on the configuration of the machine and the product.
After emptying the whole pallet, the empty pallet will be transported to the pallet stacker. Here the pallet will be stacked to a maximum of 15 pallets or a desired setpoint. When this maximum or setpoint is reached the stacker will put the pallet stack on the conveyor where it can be picked up with a forklift.
After the product has fallen into the product hopper the product will be evenly dosed into the pneumatic transport piping using a rotary valve.
The blower will transport the product to the connected silo (groups) or silo trucks.
Bag compacter with rotating roller
After emptying the shuttle will release the bags into a bag hopper. This hopper is connected to a bag compactor with a rotating roller. This roller will compact the empty bags.
The compactor with rotating roller has the advantage that it’s build directly under the machine and does not protrude. The compression takes directly place by a rotating roller in a 1400 Litre PE film bag, which can transported with a pallet that has been placed within the compactor.
Additional plastic can also be thrown into the compactor by using the access hatch. Small space requirements and high compression results lead to the highest cost savings.
