Bag-emptying machine – XL-unit for filling Octa bins & Big-bags

Our fully automatic XL-unit empties granulate filled bags of 25Kg. Pallets can manually be fed into the machine. After placing the pallet into the lift, the lift will transport the pallet upwards to a shuttle with integrated grippers. The integrated grippers will grab a layer of 5 bags of the pallet and ride this to the emptying process. Here the shuttle will drive the bags over rotating blades and a unique shaker system. This unique shaker system will ensure that the bags will be emptied for 99.98%. the product will be collected in the product hopper.

With these standard units, the main control cabinet is often mounted on the front or side of the frame, this gives you a good overview of the emptying process during operation via the HMI touch panel.

The capacity of these machines is between 10 and 30 tons per hour. This depends on the configuration of the machine and the product.

XL-unit

This bag-emptying machine is higher, this gives us more space under the machine for placing an Octabin or big-bag in which the product can be filled.

When filling big-bags the big-bags can hang directly under the bag-emptying machine or in a separate frame. It’s possible to fill the big-bags or Octabin on basis of whole layers of 125Kg, this is the cheapest solution. But it’s also possible to add a weighing unit and a fully automatic valve with rough and fine filling option to fill the big-bags by weight.
